3. RELAXIN AT CAMARILLO written by Charlie Parker 1946 2:25min
Many a jazz head knows the story of how Charlie Parker went to an asylum called Camarillo State Hospital in Ventura, California. After being released he wrote this tune. Its a blues form with be-bop chord changes i.e best of both worlds. When I played it for my family, my mom said it sounded like "endorphin music".
